In response to your request dated April I, 2005 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following
· Addition of two (2) retaining walls at the SW corner of the
site, to aid in the protection of the property edge from erosion
(as depicted on the attached plan)
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 4/1/05 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Site Plan Review
project may continue to be processed by the Building Division
permit application, subject to the following conditions

The above referenced Site Plans, received on April 11, 2005, were reviewed against the requirements
outlined in the City of Boynton Beach Code of Ordinances. Following are our comments.
The proposed plan does not specify the depth into backs lope the geotextile material will be placed Wall
#3 is within 5-ft. of a storm sewer Staff questions whether adequate room is available to properly place
both the storm sewer and retaining wall
Wall #3 appears to be on the Lot 89B easterly property line Please show that all work can be performed
within the development property lines or provide an approved construction easement with the adjacent
property owner Please note that adjusting the wall to the west will further exacerbate the separation
issue with the adjacent storm sewer
