Minor Site Plan Modification -1st Review
Quantum Park & Village North & Lot 898 (Canterbury)
File No. MMSP 05-012
The above referenced Site Plans, received on February 9, 2005, was against the requirements outlined
in the City of Boynton Beach Code of Ordinances. Following are our comments.
The proposed plan eliminates a roadway on the east side of the pool area This will require replatting of
the property
Parallel parking stall sizes shall be no less than 9-ft. x 25-ft., and 12-ft. x 25-ft. for handicap parking The
revised parking along the south side of the park does not meet this criteria. Please correct.
The parking shown on Sheet SP-4 does not match the layout on Sheet C12 (Pavement Marking &
Signage Plan) Please correct this discrepancy
The traffic flow patterns depicted on Sheet SP-4 do not match that shown on Sheet C12 and C-12A.
Please correct this discrepancy
Revise the retaining wall layout so that it is not in conflict with the utility easement (8-in water main)
A replat will be required
Please note that changes or revisions to these plans may generate additional comments. Acceptance of
these plans during the administrative review process does not ensure that additional comments may not
be generated at permit review
