In response to your request dated January 14, 2005 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following
. Elevation changes to Townhome Buildings 1-19, including the
addition of a 20" X 20" X 3" pier and addition of a 12" X 12"
column with 12" high soffit under the balcony (as depicted on
the attached plan) ,
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plans
date stamped 1/14/05 are "minor" as defined within the Land
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review This
project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a
permit application
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to
