In response to your request date-stamped April 20, 2004 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following

depicted on the attached plan) i
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 4/20/04 are not "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review
project may not continue to be processed by the Building
as a permit application, due to the following condition

1 The building was designed with sign areas in specific locations,
sized in scale with the building, with no signage to be located on
the top band of the building The smaller signs depicted on your
drawing are appropriately located and could be approved, other than
the use of multi-color on the "design" wording on the one sign If
Town & Country intends to utilize a monument sign near the entrance
to the site, this may enhance the visibility for passing motorists
that maybe thought to be lacking on the building
Should you desire to continue this project as proposed, you must
apply for a Major Site Plan Modification As part of the
application, you will need detailed plans, application fees in the
amount of $750, and an understanding that the process takes
approximately ninety (90) days Should you desire to amend your
current application to reflect the above comments, please submit
revised drawings
