X was sent to the Palm Beach County Traffic DiVISIOn for concurrency reVIew Based on their reVIew, the Traffic DIvision determined that the proposed project is part of the preVIously approved Quantum DR!, and therefore, meets the Traffic Performance Standards (TPS) of Palm Beach County However, no building penruts are to be issued for thIS particular project by the CIty after the build-out date of 2007 unless an updated traffic statement IS received and approved by the County that extends the build-out date. 40 The traffic Impact statement was approved for 14,342 square feet of general X office and 57,366 square feet of general retail.
