These are amended comments from LL based upon our meeting with Eugene this morning Additionally, Eugene was
happy with your revisions from yesterday At this point, if you will update the COA's and replace the original, so when
copies of the agenda items are made we have the most up-to-date version I would appreciate it. Thanks again! Ed

Revise Condition of Approval #2 as follows
Close the south driveway for this development to residential traffic. Provide a gate, equipped and signed
appropriately, to allow emergency access only The approach may be constructed of stabilized sod to visually
discourage residents from attempting to utilize this access point.
Condition of Approval #3 may be deleted

Dear Ms. Logan:
Enclosed are 12 sets of signing and marking plans dated revised 5/3/05 for this project. These have
been revised per TRC comments to show the following:
1 Access routes for solid waste disposal from residential units.
The proposed residential units (3 mixed-use buildings and 1 residential building) in this project are rental
and are intended to function as part of the residential development to the south. This includes sharing the
existing solid waste disposal facilities (compactor) that are located in this adjacent development. We
understand the compactor has adequate capacity to handle these additional units, and the enclosed
plans show the access routes available for the services.
Otherwise, please process these revisions as required. If you should have any questions or comments
regarding the above, please do not hesitate to contact me, (772) 283-1413

Request for Consent by Quantum Commumty Development Dlstnct (QCDD)
Dear Mr Fike
The above-referenced comment from the CIty of Boynton Beach states that you (as developer) must

After due consIderatIOn the Board voted to gIVe ItS conceptual consent for the use of ItS Water Management
Tract Q for a wood deckmg and gazebo as presented m your general conceptual sIte plan. ThIS conceptual
consent IS condItIoned on the developer meetmg all legal, CIty South Flonda Water Management DIstnct,
