These have been revised per TRC comments to show the following: 1 Access routes for solid waste disposal from residential units. The proposed residential units (3 mixed-use buildings and 1 residential building) in this project are rental and are intended to function as part of the residential development to the south. This includes sharing the existing solid waste disposal facilities (compactor) that are located in this adjacent development. We understand the compactor has adequate capacity to handle these additional units, and the enclosed plans show the access routes available for the services. Otherwise, please process these revisions as required.
