DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONAL IMPACT (DRI)
SUBSECTION 380.06(19), FLORIDA STATUES
Subsection 380.06(19), Florida Statues, requires that submittal of a proposed
change to a previously approved DR! be made to the local government, the regional
planning agency, and the state land planning agency according to this form.

Partner, hereby gIve notice of a proposed change to a prevIously approved
Development of RegIonal Impact m accordance WIth SubsectIOn 38006(19),
Flonda Statues. In support thereof, I submIt the followmg mformatIon
concernmg the Quantum Park Development, whIch mformatIon IS true and

5 1 The Master Site Development Plan, Amendment No 14, has been
revised to reflect the changes described below The ReVIsed
Master Site Development Plan, Amendment No. 15 is incorporated
into this Notice of Proposed Change by reference and has been
submItted to the CIty of Boynton Beach for consideration by the
CIty Council for amendment and approval.

5.2 Mixed Use (MU) Land DesIgnatIon - MaxImum ResidentIal Umts.
The maxImum number of residentIal umts wlthm the MIXed Use
areas of the Park IS proposed to be mcreased by 105 units, revismg
the maxImum allowable from 1000 to 1105 umts.
5.3 Mixed Use (MU) Land DeSIgnatIon - MaxImum Building Height:
The maximum heIght within the Mixed Use area of the Park is
proposed to be mcreased to a total maxImum height of 60 feet.
The maximum heIght WIthin other land use designations with m
the Quantum Park DR! shall remain unchanged.

Amendment No 15, dated November 2004, Quantum LImited
Partners, LTD Drawmg No. 45-43-17-03, Sheet 1 of 1, mdicates
the proposed changes.

9.2 We belIeve the proposed change does not create additional
regional Impact. The proposed change described in No. 5 above
increases the number of reSIdential uruts and buildmg maxImum
allowable heIght and elimmates the once proposed 4,OOO-seat
movie theater complex.
9.3 The proposed land use change does not increase the thresholds for
traffic generation, or building areas estabhshed by the current
development order The revised master site development plan and
supporting traffic statement demonstrate the proposed addItional
residential units will not generate any additional traffic and thus
will not create any addItIonal regional impact. The addItional
traffic generated by the addItional residential units is offset by the
elImination of the preVIously included 4000-seat movie theater
complex.
