the previously approved DRI generates less daily trips than previously approved and
therefore meets the Traffic Performance Standards of Palm Beach County The County
traffic concurrency approval is subject to the Project Aggregation Rules set forth in the
Traffic Performance Standards Ordinance

Through amendments the development order now approves the followmg land uses 675,168 square
feet of Retail, 1,700,000 square feet oflndustnal, 797,900 square feet of Office, 4,000 seats ofMoVle
Theater, 1,000 dwelling umts ofMultl-Family, 200 rooms ofHotel/Mote~ 2,5000 employees/students
of Government/InstItutIOnal.
In tlus NOPC, the applIcant proposes to revIse the DR! Master Plan to mcrease the land area avaIlable
for governmental and mstItutIOnal development, and add retail sales component to some select
mdustnallots and decrease the land area for office, mdustnal, and retail uses. The proposed changes
are as follows
. Modify Lots 81 and 82 from Office/Industnal/CommercIal to GovernmentalJInstItutIOnal.
The acreage for Office/Industnal/CommercIaIIs reduced by 9.3 9 acres while the acreage for
Government/InstItutIOnalIs mcreased by 939 acres.
. Modify Lots 17, 21, 50A and 52 from Office/Industnal to Office/Industnal and Industnal WIth
Retail, whIch mcludes retail sales to be assOCIated WIth an allowable mdustnal use. The

City of Boynton Beach for consideration by the City Commission
for amendment and approval
1) Change in the master plan designation of lots 17, 21, 50A and 52
from Office/Industrial (01) to Office/Industrial and Industrial with
Retail Sales (01 & IND/R)
2) Change in the master plan designation of lots 81 and 82 from
Office/ Industrial/ Commercial (OIC) to Governmental &
Institutional (G & I).

All interested parties are notified to appear at said hearing in person or by attorney and be
heard Any person who decides to appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to
any matter considered at this meeting will need a record of the proceedings and for such
