Dear Ms. Galav;
As per your request, this letter describes the modifications to our site plan. This
letter is just supplementary to all the other required documentation we have
submitted to your office as of 1/9/01
The opportunity arose back in early October of 2000, to acquire additional property
immediately to the east of our current property The Ebeneezer Baptlst Church was
very receptive to an exchange that mutually benefited both groups. The idea was, to
trade a portion of their undeveloped property for the existing building.
. We acquired approximately 1.25 acres to the east of our property where we
proposed our new parking to be situated.
. The balance of the existing site would still hold the proposed new structure as
originally planned and approved.
. The area around would have very minor modifications due to the new site
configuration. For example, the handIcapped parking that was proposed
immediately to the north of the covered drop-off was relocated to the east of
the building and having continuous access by means of a sidewalk to the
building.
. The new site was designed to include much more landscaping.
. Additional dry-detention was planned for, due to the increase In land area.
. Traffic control and flow became more efficient and safe.
As you review the minor modifications to the new site configuration, you will agree
that this project is going to be a tremendous asset, not just to the surrounding
community but also to the City of Boynton Beach.
We are also very grateful for the cooperation you have shown us dunng the planning
process of this minor modification.
