RE: Boynton Beach Kingdom Hall- #PTCOO-31
Dear Ms. Matras
The purpose of this letter is to provide a traffic statement for the above referenced project to
determine if the proposed development meets the requirements of Article 15, Traffic Performance
Standards, of the Palm Beach County Unified Land Development Code (ULDC) It is proposed to
develop a 4,665 SF church in the City of Boynton Beach The site is located along NE 4th Street east
of Seacrest Boulevard and south of Gateway Boulevard (Attachment 1)
Attachment 2 provides the daily, AM and PM peak hour trip generation for the proposed project.
Based on the daily trip generation of 43 trips, the Test 1 radius of development influence is the first
directly accessed link of a Major Thoroughfare No analysis is required for Test 2
The directly-accessed four (4) lane link of Seacrest Boulevard has a current (1998/1999) annual
average daily traffic (MDT) volume of 13,026 and a peak hour volume of 1,211 (9 3% of 13,026)
Historic traffic data for the last three (3) years shows a growth rate of 2 34% per year on this link. With
application of this growth rate, the projected 2002 volumes are shown below No Major Project is
projected to have a 10% impact by buildout of this project.
