Re Screen Enclosures for the Side Yards at Boynton Lakes North

The Ad Hock Committee and many residents have asked Lennar Homes to apply
for a Master Site Plan modification to allow side yard screen enclosures
for Boynton Lakes North
As you know this can be an expensive and lengthy process It would not make
sense to prepare the drawings required for this modification, if the City
is still against it
I would appreciate your feed back on this matter Should the City look
at this modification on favorable terms, we will contract with our
engineers to start the process

As a result of the 1986 Flat of Flat 6, Boynton La~es,
F V D not showing the 38' F P L overhead Powerline
Easement, the approved zero lotline configuration creates an
Easement encroachment unto Bloc~ 10, Lot Ie); the subject of
this Modification Request

The Fetitioner has been able to minimize the recently
discovered encroachments, which originally affected many
lots along the ~8' F F L Easement (please refe to E hi~it
Al However, as Lets 7, 8 and 9, 8loc~ lU, had already
commenced construction and therefore, the ~ero lot line side
of the Lots, including Lot 10 could not be reversed, I find
myself with this hardship on this one (1) remaining Lot
