Dear Mr Glenn.
In response to your request dated December 18, 2003 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following
. Replace a single window with a single door painted to match the
wall on the east (rear) elevation (as depicted on the attached
plan) ;
. Installation of new roll-up door painted to match the wall on
the east (rear) elevation (as depicted on the attached plan) ,
. Installation of new bronze glass storefront door with glass side
lights and entry pad on the east (rear) elevation (as depicted
on the attached plan) ;
. Replace existing door with new door painted to match the wall on
the east (rear) elevation (as depicted on the attached plan) ;
. Installation of a new green awning at both the new roll-up door
and new storefront door (as depicted on the attached plan), and
. Paint the exterior to match existing color
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 12/18/03 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Site plan Review
project may continue to be processed by the Building Division
permit application, subject to the following conditions

Subject: Minor Exterior Building Modification, Building Pennit Reference #03-4893.
Clear Copy Printing 1304 North Federal Highway
Renovation of the subject building is proposed to accommodate a new printing operation with the majority of the
work within the interior of the building.
Some minor changes are proposed for the building exterior east elevation only which is the mar of the building
at the parking lot location. The following list itemizes these changes: (See the enclosed plan sets)
1) The exterior color of the building shall remain the same.
2) A new commercial metal roll-up door is proposed, 10' wide x g' high and shall be painted
the same as the building color
3) A new 3' wide x 6'8" high glass entry door is proposed with two 18" glass side lights.
All glass to be bronze color In addition, a new concrete entry pad shall be added at the
glass door entry location.
4) Two awnings are proposed to be added at the glass entry door location and roll-Up door
location and shall be green in color
5) One new steel slab door 3' wide x 6'8" high will be added near the roll-up door and
painted the same color as the building.
6) One replacement slab steel door shall be installed at an existing exit location south of the glass
entry door 3' wide x 6'8" high and shall be painted the same color as the building.
