the above-referenced, approved sIte plan, please be mformed the changes as shown on the revIsed
plans date stamped 04/12/02 are "mmor", as defined wIthm the Land Development RegulatIOns,
Chapter 4- SIte Plan RevIew The changes to the project are as follows
1 BUIldmg addItIon m front (468 square feet),
2. Take out wmdow on north elevatIOn,
3 New metal roof over proposed bUIldmg addltlon (to match eXIstmg)

This will serve as our formal request for an administrative review of a minor site plan
modification for the above referenced project located at 1333 North Congress Avenue.
The improvements generally consi5t of a 32 seat. 486 square foot addition to the southeast
corner of the building adjacent to the main entry In addition. a walk-up take out window is
proposed for the north side of the building with a relocated. awning above.
All improvements will match the existing elements of the building. and all existing landscape
material that may be affected by this work will be relocated to other areas of the site. These
improvements do not impact utilities or parking in any way

Dear Mike,
As you are aware we purchased the land and building on N. Congress Ave. that was
previously the Cooker's Bar & Grill.
This is our fourth location in South Florida.
Our restaurants sales mix is approximately 65% food sales and 35% beer, wine, and
liquor.
Our seating capacity in our new restaurant in Boynton Beach will have 260 seats of
which 28 are bar seats and 232 seats are for dining.
We serve a full menu for lunch and dinner and we also have a separate kids menu, along
with a family dining section.
We are a restaurant frrst and foremost.
I hope that this provides you with some additional information about our concept.
We look forward to serving the community of Boynton Beach.
