Dear Mike, As you are aware we purchased the land and building on N. Congress Ave. that was previously the Cooker's Bar & Grill. This is our fourth location in South Florida. Our restaurants sales mix is approximately 65% food sales and 35% beer, wine, and liquor. Our seating capacity in our new restaurant in Boynton Beach will have 260 seats of which 28 are bar seats and 232 seats are for dining. We serve a full menu for lunch and dinner and we also have a separate kids menu, along with a family dining section. We are a restaurant frrst and foremost.
