In response to your request for the admInIstratIve reVIew and approval of the modIficatIOn proposed to
the above-referenced, approved SIte plan, please be mformed that the changes as shown on the revIsed
plans date stamped 10/2/02 are "mmor", as defined wIthm the Land Development RegulatIOns,
Chapter 4- SIte Plan RevIew The followmg changes to the plan are approved as follows
. ProVIde landscape lIght fixture under trees around the bUIldmg;
· ProvIde new stone veneer on the eXIstmg entry columns,
. Install new paIr of metal doors wIth tempered glass, replacmg eXIstmg door and SIdelIghts,
· Replace WIth new aWnIngs at the front ofbUIldmg and cover glass block WIth transoms,
. RepaIr eXIstmg bnck and re-pomt as necessary Grout to match eXIstmg;
· Enclose patIo truss and entry truss,
. Replace damaged gutters and downspouts,
· Remove bare-bulb lIght fixtures under soffits. Install new recessed down lIghts,
· Enlarge SIdewalk to servIce entry to prOVIde a full 5' -0" WIde concrete walk.
Tills project may contmue to be processed by the BUIldmg DIVISIon as a permIt applIcatIOn subject to the
followmg condItIOn.
1 The new proposed stone veneer for the entry columns must be compatible wIth the eXIstmg color of
the buildmg (Duron Armor Gray #5454D).

Dear Mr Rumpf,
The Longhorn Steakhouse #50, on Congress Avenue in Boynton Beach will be
undergoing renovation work once we have received approvals and permits from all
required agencies. Though most of the scope of work is interior renovation, there are a
few items that pertain to exterior work on the site and the building. The following
summanzes the exterior scope of work:
Provide landscape hght fixtures under trees around the buildmg.
2. ProvIde new stone veneer on the eXIstmg entry columns.
3 Install new pair of metal doors with tempered glass, replacing eXIstmg door and
sidehghts.
4 Replace WIth new awnings at front ofbuildmg and cover glass block transoms.
5 RepaIr eXIstmg brick and repomt as necessary Grout to match eXIstmg.
6. Enclose patio truss and entry truss.
7 Replace damaged gutters and downspouts.
8 Remove bare-bulb light fixtures under soffits. Install new recessed downlights.
9 Enlarge SIdewalk to the servIce entry to provide a full 5' -0" wide concrete walk.

RIDER TO SITE PLAN APPLICATION
The undersigned as applicant for Final Site Plan Approval does hereby acknowledge, represent and agree that
all plans, specifications, drawings, engineering, and other data submitted with this application for review by the
City of Boynton Beach shall be reviewed by the various boards. commissions, staff personnel and other parties
designated, appointed or employed by the City of Boynton Beach, and any such party reviewing the same shall
rely upon the accuracy thereof, and any change in any item submitted shall be deemed material and substantial.
The undersigned hereby agrees that all plans, specifications, drawings, engineering and other data
which may be approved by the City of Boynton Beach, or its boards, commissions, staff or designees shall be
constructed in strict compliance with the form in which they are approved and any change to the same shall be
deemed material and shall place the applicant in violation of this application and all approvals and permits which
may be granted
The applicant agrees to allow the City of Boynton Beach all rights and remedies as provided for by the
applicable codes and ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach to bring any violation into compliance, and the
