the followmg condItIOn.
1 ProvIde the accent shrubs (Sandankwa viburnum) along the reqUIred screen walls as shown on
the ongmally approved landscape plan (Chapter 7.5, ArtIcle II, SectIOn 5.1)

Requesting minor change to the parking lot, due to FPL and BeU South guy wires are obstructing our
original design for the five (5) parking space next to the southwest corner of the building. In our new
design we push the five (5) parking space to the south of the existing FPL pole We did not eliminate any
parking spaces. We retain the exact same amount of parking space and landscaping as the original site plan
has.
We also relocated the loading area in front of the dumpster The landscaping is unchanged, it has just
been design to move south of the building along with the parking space.
