In response to your request dated March 5, 2004 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following
· Removal of the dumpster and creation of a trash receptacle room
(as depicted on the attached plan) ;
. Relocation of the loading space and fire riser room (as depicted
on the attached plan)
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 3/5/04 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Site Plan Review
project may continue to be processed by the Building Division
permit application, subject to the following conditions

1 Fire Department approval of any relocation of the fire riser
room
2 The trash receptacle room match the colors and materials of
the wall on which it is located
3 New doors for the trash receptacle room matching those
proposed on the same elevation as to color and materials
4 Relocation of any displaced landscaping originally on the
approved site plan to the satisfaction of the City Forester
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to

1 Four (4) sets of the revIsed SIte plan and landscaping plans.
2. A check m the amount of $1 00 for your reVIew fee.
The plans have been reVIsed to show the removal of the dumpster, the relocation of the
loadmg zone area, the relocation of the fire nser room and the locatIOn for the garbage
canisters.
