Woolbright Road and S. W 7th Court. Tins phase IS 0 8673 acres in area. The SIte IS currently vacant.
A three story office building IS proposed WIth at grade parkIng. The dramage system for the entIre
project was preVIously mstalled. The eXIstmg system will be used for tins phase of the project.
The project will be penrutted through the City of Boynton Beach and the Lake Worth Dramage
DIstnct. The runoff IS collected m three eXIstmg catch basms that are connected by an exfiltratIon
trench. The overflow dIscharge IS controlled by an eXIstmg control structure pnor to dIschargmg m
