DESCRIPTION: Buildina renovation and site work.
1. Land Development regulations require that a 15' side setback be maintained from property line to any
structures within Public Usage District. Amphitheater does not meet this regulation.
2. Exterior utility boxes, meters, transformers etc.. shall be screened from public view by a buffer wall or
continuos vegetative buffer as required by Landscape Code. Note that maximum height allowed for any
pump housing is 3 feet.
3. Identify only the actual work being done. Remove from plans any references to alternate proposed
structures.
4. Maximum height of trellis according to code is 10 feet.
5. Maximum height of any planter is 6 feet.
6. Indicate in elevation drawings colors numbers and manufactures codes as well as samples or cut sheets
for windows, doors, railings, light fixtures etc..
7. Indicate in drop off area the direction of flow of traffic. Note traffic can only be one -way.
