Remodel restaurant and landscaoe for a new church
The permit number identified above is the referenced number for your proposed improvement(s). Prior to
further processing on your request, the documents that you submitted illustrating the improvement(s) shall
be amended to show compliance with the below listed comment(s). To discuss the comment(s) it is
recommended that an appointment be set-up with the reviewer identified in the upper right hand corner,
(561) 375-6260 between 8 AM. and 5 P.M., Monday thru Friday. Please reference the project name and
permit number when corresponding with City's Staff. After amending the plan(s) to show compliance with
the comment(s), return both sets of plans for re-review to the Building Department. Please note that
additional comments may be generated as a result of reviewing the amended plans. All comments shall be
rectified prior to staff review approving the documents.
1. Parking calculations shall be broken down in the following way:
· Main Auditorium - 1 space per 100 sf of gross floor area min.
· Offices - 1 space per 300 sf of gross floor area
· Social hall - 1 space per 100 sf of gross floor area
2. Indicate on landscape plans what plants are existing and what plants are new. Indicate any existing
tress to be removed. Note that all new plant material must meet Landscape Code specifications.
Fifty percent of all required landscape must be native to Florida. See attached regulations.
3. Also indicate any exterior work to be made to existing building and include samples of paint along
with color code and manufacturer for exterior of building.
4. If any upgrading will be done to site, provide most current survey indicating all existing or proposed
easements.
5. Indicate all existing and/or proposed site lighting.

1. Submit current site plan indicating all existing and lor proposed parking spaces and landscaping.
2. Provide parking calculations for new use (church). Note that churches, temples and other places or
worship must provide one parking space per 4 seats in auditorium but no less than one parking
space per 100 SF of gross floor area of auditorium, plus any other required parking spaces for other
principal uses such as offices, classrooms, meeting rooms, recreational facilities and dwellings.
