Installation of a chiller (as depicted on the attached plans) . Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan date stamped 10/29/03 are "minor" as defined within the Land Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site plan Review. This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application, subject to the following conditions: 1. If the scope of the project demands removal of plant material, then such plant material must be relocated to an area subject to approval of the City Forester; 2, The landscaping depicted on the attached drawing must remain intact around the proposed unit to provide the visual barrier intended in the code.
