Dear Mr. Holder:
In response to your request dated October 16, 2003 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
. Installation of a chiller (as depicted on the attached plans) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan
date stamped 10/29/03 are "minor" as defined within the Land
Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site plan Review. This project
may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit
application, subject to the following conditions:
1. If the scope of the project demands removal of plant material, then
such plant material must be relocated to an area subject to
approval of the City Forester;
2, The landscaping depicted on the attached drawing must remain intact
around the proposed unit to provide the visual barrier intended in
the code.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to
the building permit. please contact me at (561) 742-6260 if you

Mr. Rumpf Motorola has contracted our company to install a new chiller
at the back of their Quantum facility.
We are going to remove 4 satellite dishes, and install a small concrete pad
with a 35 ton small Carrier package unit chiller. All the existing landscaping,
Curbing, sidewalks, and pavement will stay in place.
