On Plats 3-B and 3-C, Sheet I of 1 (Revised 1-15-87), indicate all building foot prints and the foot prints of the proposed screen porches. Indicate model numbers for the existing structures and setbacks to the proposed screen porches from the side and rear property lines. 2. Solid roof screen porches require a larger footing than shown for the screen enclosures. The specifications for this footing must be indicated on each submittal for a building permit. The following information is for the apDlicant's information: In order to facilitate the permitting process, the following documents should be submitted to the Building Department for review at the time- ~ermits are desired: 1. A copy of the blueprints for the structure with a current approval scamp from the Palm Beach County Building Code Advisory Board or blueprints signed and sealed by a registered engineer or architect in the State of Florida attesting to the fact that the struccure meets or exceeds all design criteria for Boynton Beach. These blueprints or copies must be legible and all pertinent details. must be color coded or circled. 2. A plot plan showing all setbacks to the property lines as well as existing and proposed structures and easements. 3.
