In response to your request for the administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed the changes as shown on the revised
plans date stamped 10/10102 are "minor", as defined within the Land Development Regulations,
Chapter 4- Site Plan Review The changes to the project are as follows:
I Spotlights - in front and rear of building;
2, Living Room - optional sliding glass door 6 feet in height or double French door (white);
3 Master Bedroom - optional sliding glass door 6 feet in height or double French door (white);
4 Breakfast area - optional double French door (white);
5 Master bath - optional shower
This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application, Be advised that
