Thanks Scott. I appreciate the help. Mike (actually Pat Tucker) will just need an account number
to show as a payment account for this.
Please let us post some information in the West Wing about the Donation Account. Maybe we
can help to replenish some of the funds we're taking! MDnique would be happy to post/handout
infDrmaliDn to the Contractor/public who walks through here everyday, and we have lots of animal
loving employees as well!

Hi Nancy,
We anticipated using the Shelter's "Donation Account" to handle this. We are already
using a good portion of this account to "partner" with the Mayor's donation to make this
thing a reality
That "rainy day" is here for this particular account.

Scott,
Do you have any discretionary funds to help pay this fee? Unfortunately, we are
not allowed to waive fees under any conditions, including City initiated work.
They must be offset. If you dDn.t, I would be happy to approach the Chief next.
Just thought you might be able to help out.

I Subject: Fence Variance Fee for Animal Shelter
The animal shelter has barely enough money to conduct bare bones operations
and is looking for help with payment of the fee. I told her that the Police
Department should have money somewhere to pay the $400 fee. Can Quintus
approach the Chief at his meeting Monday? She should have traveled up the
lines to do this but I guess she thought we'd have a better chance. I will bring it
up Monday at HEROS. Thanks, MR
