MMSP 01-086 Dear Mrs. Kelly' In response to your request for the administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to the above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed that the proposed remodeling work including: enclosing two (2) comers of the building (Southeast and Southwest); removing two (2) triple windows (on the East and West side of the Building), and replacing of roofing material from standing seam metal to Spanish "s" concrete tile as shown on the revised plans date stamped 11/21/01 are "minor", as defined within the Land Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application.
