This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application. Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to the building permit. As you can see in the clouded area on the attached plan (as compared to the original approved site plan), we have reversed the locations of Buildings #5 and #8 in the northwest corner of the property and modified their corresponding parking areas accordingly The original site plan was approved at the City Commission hearing on January 16, 2001. At that Commission hearing, Shirley Jacowitz (and subsequently Commissioner Ronald Weiland) requested that we reverse the locations of Buildings #5 and #8 in order to provide a greater separation between our apartment buildings and Leisureville. We agreed to their request, recognizing the ensuing benefit to ow: nearby Leisureville neighbors. \X-'hen we subsequently reversed these two building locations on the site plan, we realized that we also had to modify the parking for these buildings. That modification resulted in a loss of two parking spaces, reducing the parking space count from 403 to 401. We were of the understanding that this change was a required condition of approval, We did not realize that the original site plan without the change was the approved site plan until brought to our attention earlier this week. / We are in the fmal stages of obtaining building permits for this project and it is critical that we continue to move forward as quickly as possible. Please let us know if there is any additional information that you need from us in order to expedite this minor site plan modification. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
