When the property was subdivided and sold to Waste Management, parking was reduced by thirtY-five (35) spaces. In order to expand the lot to gain the required number of parking spaces, the existing parking lot would have to be totally redesigned and upgraded. Further, this expansion would result in the loss of almost all green areas on the site. Mr. Nievas pointed out that there are never more than thirty-five (35) cars parked In this lot at anyone time.
