Also approved is the revised planting schedule outlined in the attached letter dated May 16, 2001. This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application subject to the following condition: Emergency response personnel and apparatus must have access at all times, Please coordinate with the Fire and Police Departments regarding the method of emergency access, Be advised that the proposed change may require a modification to the building permit. The wall shall begin at the existing south perimeter wall and will tie into the existing neighbors perimeter wall, wnich is located on the southeast side. Additionally, the pavement shall be saw cut approximately 5'-0" from the wall in order to provide a landscape buffer.
