In response to your request for the administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to the
above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed that the two signs on the entry wall feature as shown
on the revised plans date stamped 11/14/01 is "minor", as defined within the Land Development Regulations,
Chapter 4 - Site Plan Review
This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application. Be advised that the

RE: Melear P.U.D. (Borgata) Minor Site Plan Modification.
Dear Mr Rumpf:
Please consider this letter as Continental Homes request for a Minor Site Plan Modification to the Melear
(Borgata) site plan. The Minor Site Plan Modification that we seek is to allow lettering to display the
Borgata name on both entry walls at the entrance to the community At present our site plan indicates
lettering on only one of the entry features and we wish to show the Borgata name on both entry features.
Enclosed is a copy of the site plan indicating the location of the entry features and a copy of the sign
drawing for the lettering to be shown on the entry features. Thank you for your consideration and
attention to this matter and please contact me if you have any questions or need additional information.
