Dear Mr. Mihelich:
In response to your request for the administrative review and approval of the modification proposed to
the above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed that the relocation of the wall (with
signage) as shown on the revised plans date stamped 05/15/02 is "minor", as defined within the Land
Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review This plan also shows the elimination of four
(4) parking stalls along the north property line and a 400 square foot reduction of building area to
comply with the site plan Conditions of Approval.
This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application subject to
the following conditions:
1 If the scope of the project demands removal of plant material then the new plant material is
subject to review and approval of the City Forester / Environmentalist;
2. The plant material (Redtip Cocoplum and Purple Queen) that was proposed around the base of
the wall (as shown on the landscape plan approved by the City Commission on October 2,
2001) shall be planted at the new wall location.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to the building permit. Please

We are hereby proposing relocation of the sign wall indicated as Revision #4,
dated May 3, 2002.
This change will place the sign wall closer to 23'd Avenue, since parking stalls
were eliminated from this location.
