The Community Redevelopment Department will be paying the processing fees for two (2) variances
submitted to the Planning and Zoning Department by Ms. Octavia S. Sherrod, Community
Redevelopment Department. The variances are for City Infill participants to build two (2) affordable
houses. The variance fee totals $800.00. Please transfer $800.00 from account number 122-2418-554-49-
64 to account number 001-0000-341-91-08 (Variance Revenues).
