SUBJECT Request for roadway abandonment - S..E. 2nd St. south of S.E. 12th Ave.
Please be advised that the subject right-of-way currently contains a 2-inch diameter water
main, which is now in service. We would have no objection to the right-of-way
abandonment, however, if we can continue to have access to the main, and have the
applicant dedicate a 12-foot wide utility easement over the main's location, so as to allow
for maintenance. This easement dedication must be formalized prior to the actual
abandonment of the right-of-way

described as follows:
That part of the right of way for southeast 2nd street
(formerly Ronald Street) as shown on the plat of Central Park,
according to the plat thereof recorded in plat book 12, page
12 of the public records of Palm Beach county, Florida,
described as follows:
Begin at the northwest corner of lot 20 of said plat of
central park; thence S OOS4'40"E" along the west line of lots
20, 21, 22 and 23, 300.00 feet to the southwest corner of said
lot 23; thence N.90000'OO''w , 50,00 feet to the southeast
corner of lot 24; thence N.oo54'40"W., along the east line of
lots 24, 25, 26, 27, 28 and 29, 300,00 feet to the northeast
corner of said lot 29; thence N. 90000'00''E., 50,00 feet to
the said point of beginning.

A PUBLIC HEARING will be held by the City Commission of the City of
Boynton Beach on the above request at City Hall Commission
