In response to your request for the administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to the above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed that the changes described below and shown on revised plans date stamped 04/18/01 are "minor", as defined within the Land Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review The following is a summary of the requested modifications: 1 New hedge, four (4) feet in height along the front property line; 2. New white vinyl fence, four (4) feet in height along the front property line; 3 New shadow-box fence, six (6) feet in height at rear of building; 4 Installation of a new three (3)-foot wide exit door on east elevation; 5 New pergola on northwest corner of building allowing for a maximum of twelve (12) additional restaurant seats; 6. Installation of a new three (3)-foot wide service door on the north elevation. This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application subject to the condition that the new hedge be composed of plant material acceptable to the City Forester Be advised that the proposed change may require a modification to the building permit. Boynton Beach Project # 00787L36 Dear Mr. Rumpf: Enclosed you will find the following in regard to the above referenced project: I) Four (4) sets of minor site plan modification. 2) Check #1256 dated 3/5/01 ofthe amount $100 application-processing fee. 3) Affidavit of Landscape Compliance dated 3/20/2001 The following is a summary of the Minor Site Plan Modification: a) Install 4' high landscape hedge adjacent to the sidewalk and parallel to RIW of Federal Hwy as shown on the modified Site Plan. b) Install 4 ' high White Railing or White Vinyl Fencing on the East Side of the property, facing Federal Hwy to secure the Restaurant's frontage. c) Construct 3' exit door to deck area at the East Side of the building. d) Add WoodIWooden Plastic Pergola with plants on the northwest portion of the building. Three (3) service tables shall be provided under the proposed Pergola. e) Install 3' service door at the north side of the building to allow services to the three tables of item # d above.
