In response to your request for the administrative review and approval of modifications proposed to the
above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed that the proposed changes for the addition of a
retaining wall shown on the revised plans date stamped 8/18/00 are "minor", as defined within the Land
Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review
This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application. Be advised
that the proposed change may require a modification to the building permit. Please contact me at (561)

Modification to Rectified Plans
Dear Mr Rumpf"
Lowe's Companies, Inc. is under construction for the site locate at the southeast corner of the
intersection of Woolbright Road and Corporate Drive in the City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
The following modifications were previously made on the approved construction plans and are
needed to ensure the quality and construct-ability of the project.
1 Retaining wall was added to east and northeast side of project.
2. Structure CS-1 was added to the west of CB-19
3. Mitered end was added to newly unearthed 36" pipes.
I have enclosed a check made payable to the City of Boynton Beach in the amount of $100.00
and 2 copies of sheet C1, C2, C3, L 1, L2, and L3 of 13 to be inserted into the approved
Rectified Plans. Should you require any additional information, or have any question or
