In response to your request for the administrative review and approval of the modifications to the
above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed that the elevations changes proposed to the
revised plan date stamped 02/25/03 are "minor", as defined within the Land Development
Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review This project may continue to be processed by the
Building Division as a permit application.
Be advised that the proposed change may require a modification to the building permit. Please

Dear Sherie,
Attached are four copies of sheet SP1, site plan and elevations and a
review check for $100.00, We are requesting a Minor Modification to the
Site Pian for the changes we are making to the Pier 1 Imports in Oakwood
Plaza in Boynton Beach.
This is an existing Pier 1 Imports, and we wiil be taking the adjacent Ailstate
tenant into the Pier 1 space Since this portion of the Pier 1 space Since
this portion of the Pier 1 space wiil be used as stockroom, we are proposing
to remove the storefront at this area and instail a split-face fiuted CMU wail
to match the existing adjacent wali Except to remove the Ailstate sign,
there are no other changes to the exterior
