The following changes in plans were mandated by the TRC Review Committee
during our planning process:
1 Reduction of (one) 1 Live Oak and (one) 1 Golden Trumpet at east end of
site. Due to existing misplaced city water line - resulting in a new utility
easement dedicated to Boynton Beach and aforementioned trees replaced
with Sabal Palms which are allowed in utility easements.
2. Reduction of (one) 1 Live Oak at rear of proposed warehouse - replaced
with three Sabal Palms due to water and electric utilities.
3 Reduction of (two) 2 Live Oaks and (one) 1 Royal Poinciana and
relocation of two Sabal Palms to minimum of 15' distance from site post
light per code. Location - landscape island south of SE comer of office
building.

4 Remove 2 Live Oaks from North property line for potable water supply and
replace with Sable Palms.
