Due to existing misplaced city water line - resulting in a new utility easement dedicated to Boynton Beach and aforementioned trees replaced with Sabal Palms which are allowed in utility easements. 2. Reduction of (one) 1 Live Oak at rear of proposed warehouse - replaced with three Sabal Palms due to water and electric utilities. 3 Reduction of (two) 2 Live Oaks and (one) 1 Royal Poinciana and relocation of two Sabal Palms to minimum of 15' distance from site post light per code.
