administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:

Attached please find the plans for a Minor Modification to
the above project. Due to a code requirement which
prohibits a exterior wall opening within 15' of a property
line, we had to revise the elevations and floor plans on
the warehouse and office building to comply with this
requirement.
