Dear Mike'
The County's review of the Savannah Lakes Release of Unity of Title
application has been completed. The original Unity of Title encompassed
the Savannah Lakes project, a mobile home park, and several other
projects. The particular portion in question was annexed into the City of
Boynton Beach and subsequently approved for a PUD - Carriage Homes
of Congress Lakes (now referred to as Savannah Lakes).
A condition in the Unity of Title states: if the mobile home park is removed
and property rezoned, the Unity of Title will become null and void The
County has determined if any part of the original parcel is alienated, the
unity is null and void and that the Zoning Commission has the discretion to
release the unity
Based on the above, the Zoning Division will place the application for
partial release of Unity of Title (for the Savannah Lakes portion only) on
the October 3, 2002 Zoning Commission hearing for approval. Should the
City of Boynton Beach have any concerns regarding this issue, piease
contact Ronald Wong at 233-5088 prior to October 3, 2002.

modifications proposed to the above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed
that the conversion of one (1) racquetball court to a storage area as shown on the revised
plans date stamped 11/16/01 is "minor", as defined within the Land Development
Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review
This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit
application. Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to the

Attached please find four sets of the following architectural and engineered drawings:

. Engineered shop drawing for canopy cover
This project is a renovation to one of the existing racquetball courts. The following items
are included in the scope of work for this project:
· Saw cut an opening in the existing masomy wall to accommodate the installation
of a new 8' x 8' impact resistant roll up garage door.
· Supply and install a new 8' x 8' impact resistant roll up garage door
. Provide an asphah ramp with compacted rock base as required.
. Supply and install six (6) circuits for electrical outlets, one (1) light circuit and
switch and one (1) 60-amp panel.
. Supply and install a 42'-6" x 21 ' -6" multi-ply vinyl roof type canopy attached to
the top of the existing walls.
