Any future color changes will require approval from the City of Boynton Beach prior to execution ofthe change. Our experience has been that using the Chili's signature look enhances customer recognition and customer confidence that the Chili's is part of the national Chili's system. At the few other locations where we opened a Chili's in a building with non-standard colors and then later were fortunate enough to switch to the traditional Chili's look, our customer counts increased. It is our hope that we see the same results in Boynton Beach. Gary Phillip is the Chili's Facilities Manager for Chili's in the Southern region. Gary was traveling in South Carolina this past week but I understand that early next week Gary is providing to you the color scheme of the Chili's before the repaint and the color scheme of the Chili's after the repaint. Also, to make the Chili's signature look authentic at this location the awning material was also changed to match the Chili's standard awnings. Gary's information will include the look of the prior awning and the look of the current awning. We are tenants at the referenced location.
