In response to your request for the administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to the above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed that the amendment to the Boynton Commons sign program, to include three (3) directory signs, as shown on the revised plans date stamped 5/08/02 is "minor", as defined within the Land Development Regulations, Chapter 4 - Site Plan Review This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application contingent upon the following condition: To minimize the chances of the directory signs being hit, place the proposed signs a minimum of one (1) foot behind the Type "D" curb.
