Boynton Beach. The setbaek for the waDs on the west side, north side and eut side
are to be measured to the face of the waIL Note the 2' setback for the waD on the
east side. For the IOUth side, along the L WDD Caua), the setback to the face of the
wan is to be 18", whleb allows for the foundation to be entirely on the Carriage
Pointe property, This is based upon the 36" concrete foundation required for the
coBcrete posts.

This is also an opportunity for applicable State agencies to concur with or object to the proposed
project under the federal consistency provision of the Coastal Zone Management Act. Review
must be in accordance with the procedures adopted by the Interagency Management Committee
on October 25, 1989, Findings of inconsistency must describe how the project conflicts with your
agency's statutory authorities in the Florida Coastal Management Program and provide
alternative measures, if any, which would make the project consistent. Commenting agencies
must provide a copy of all consistency comments letters to the Florida Coastal Management
Program Director, Department of Community Affairs, 2555 Shumard Oak Boulevard, Tallahassee,
Florida 32399-2100.

Dear Mr Wietsma:
The above referenced subdivision master plan was originally scheduled to be reviewed by the
Planning & Development Board on December 19, 2002 and by the City Commission on January
7,2003
It has come to my attention that there are still outstanding engineering issues related to the
subdivision master plan. The traffic impact analysis (TIA) required by the Engineering Division
was not received by the agreed upon due date. As a result, your project is tentatively
rescheduled for the January 28,2003 Planning & Development Board meeting and the February
4, 2003 Please submit the required information as soon as possible in order to maintain the
rescheduled meeting dates.
Please be advised that the postponement of this application (subdivision master plan) will not
adversely affect the scheduling of the accompanying land use amendment (LUAR 02-009). The
land use amendment is still scheduled for the December 19, 2002 Planning & Development
Board meeting.

Based on our review, the Traffic Division has determined that the project meets the
Traffic Performance Standards of Palm Beach County It is however suggested that:

devices at the intersection of Congress Avenue and S,W 35th Avenue, with
emphasis on SBL and WBL movements, where the project is expected to add 32
peak hour trips to each movement.
