However, accordmg to Ms. Yvonne Ziel 624-7262, she said that I don't need the Traffic AnalysIs because the Tiki IS an Accessory therefore, they don't provIde such an informatIOn. And accordmg to the Standrod Engmeenng, the TikI does not have an electrical and plumbmg, therefore, they don't get involved wIth such small furniture like proJects. Therefore, I 1 L1Y not be able to attend the meetmg due to lack of the two Items. Federal Highway - Ann Marie Hotel Dear Ms. Galav: Yvonne Ziel Traffic Consultants, Inc. was retained to prepare a traffic statement for the above referenced project. The applicant is proposing to revitalize the Tiki hut. Smce this is an eXIsting motel and no units are being added, the Tiki hut is considered an accessory use, and there wIll be no increase in trips. Therefore, a complete traffic study is not required. From: Sent: To: Subject: Johnson, Eric Monday, November 25, 2002 8.39 AM Ducoste-Amedee, Maxime FW Bar and Lounge Proposal Max, I think Lusia gave you the conditional use application for the accessory bar that Rina wanted to have at her motel in east Boynton Here is some information that you may need in your review If Lusia did not give you the CU, then please disregard this email Thanks -----Original Messagenm From: Rumpf, Michael Sent: Monday, October 28, 2002 2.55 PM To: Johnson, Eric Cc: Galav, Lusia Subject: FW Bar and Lounge Proposal Eric, I have forwarded this information to you to review as well in preparation for a pending submittal Mike m--Original Messagenm From: Czerwinski, Rina Sent: Monday, October 28, 2002 10'08 AM To: Rumpf, Michael Subject: RE: Bar and Lounge Proposal Dear Michael, Thank you very much for the acknowledge of our meeting However, my deepest prayers are with you and hoping that your health issues are minor and non-alarmed As far as the 2Cop, I am fully aware about the full plate of responsibilities However, I am taking a chance to enhance our guests services and provide them with more options conveniently at our motel The sound is a very relaxing CD player or radio station, which our guests are already enjoying while they are in the pool Usually, they playa cd or a favorite radio station The sound is just a small radio, cd player type for a $89 00 The parking is assigned to each room, there should not be any public guests involved because we are not surrounded by any type of an industrial or shopping mall businesses Actually the only thing next to us is the Pizza, bank, and some type of a church store Other answers 1) - the only motel that does that is the Sun Rise in Lake Worth and Hawaiian motel on A1A in South Palm Beach All the other surrounding motels in our vicinity don't even think about such an idea like we do 2) - The sign that we have for the motel, is an "Art Deco" and I have no intentions to change it's Historical meaning Actually, I am preserving it as it ages because some museums are collecting those signs Some day, it may be worth more than the entire motel 3) - I went to the Sun Rise Motel in lake Worth and spoke with the owner, he has a 2COP but he only serves the beer and wine during the winter season not in the summer In my case, the customers are asking me in both seasons so I may have the beer available year round Also, I went to the Hawaiian Motel in S Palm Beach and evaluated their functionality In their case, it's open year round 4) - The music is only a CD player or radio station, and it's usually set to playa very relaxing music for the pool guests The box costs only $59 00 We've walked around the motel to hear how far the music travels, and we couldn't even hear well in our parking lot. Actually, the customers that go to the bank, their radio or Cd is louder than ours We hear their sound in our office The vegetation is growing around the pool porch area It gives our guests a privacy while they are in the water As 1 time goes by they overgrowing the porch around the pool but we can plant few more to speed up the process That's not a problem for us to do 5) - We would rather not extend this project to the public because too many people around the pool area will cause more problem with the safely and destruction to our property We would only like to extend this service to our guests so that one employee can manage the office and the beer selling We need to raise more income for the future property improvements to keep up with the Boynton Beach down town growth Thank you for the heads up, I believe that the project will go well my prayers are with you, Rina x 6074 2
