Building:
1) The construction is primanly made of Pressure treated wood
2) Occupancy type is a 6 bar stool chairs for about 6 guests that are staymg at
the motel
3) Floor plan layout is conceptual
4) Primary use of the building is to rent motel rooms and a Tiki to enJoy
while swimming m the pool or watch games on TV
5) The tiki was bUIlt about 6 years ago by the Native IndIans, dunng the
purchase of the motel, I was told by the previous owners that It was for the
Natives contributIon. Therefore, the Indians were exempt from permIt and
inspectIons reqUIrements. We've removed the top Palm Frowns from the
roofto satIsfy the Fire Inspectors. There are not plans that came wIth the
purchase.
6) Location, perimeter of the hmits of constructIOn are included wIth the
basic drawmg site plan
7) The roof IS secured m accordance WIth the wmd reqUIrements
8) Shanerila means "Imagmary Paradise Island" we removed the Bar &
Grill. There is no plumbmg, no cooking eqUIpment, no water access. We
only mtent to sell 6-packs, and wme bottles. Maybe on request a BBQ
hamburger or a hot dog.
9) The SIte IS already handIcap accessible including 1 parkmg lot and 1 room.
Plannmg and Zomng:
10) "BAR" wIll be only used for the guest who wishes to watch a TV , swim
or hold the beer on the bar counter. The hours of operation are possible
from noon - midmght. The guests may bring their own CD and use our
CD player to listen to their favorite mUSIC or just watch the TV or Just
SWIm.
11) Total units IS 14 and total bedrooms is 14
12) there are 18 usable parking lots for 14 rooms.
13) Each parkmg dImension IS marked on the site plan
14) 1 handicap parking space IS already available
15) all parking spaces are labeled to match each room and extra for guests
