The current handicapped parking space is 12' wide with no accessible loading area. Space lImitations dictate that we can reconfigure the two 9' wide non-handicap spaces on the west side ofthe front entry into one 12' wide handicap space with a 6' loading zone adjacent to the building. At the same time we shall remove the handIcap designations from the existmg handicap space. Though the result IS a net loss of one parking space, we are confident that the CIty will understand that this IS the only way to comply WIth the state and local codes.
