In response to your request for the administrative review and approval of the
modifications proposed to the above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed
that the proposed reconfiguration of the parking spaces and the shifting of the handIcap
space from the west to the east side of building as shown on the revised plans date
stamped 09/1 % 1 are "minor", as defined within the Land Development Regulations,
Chapter 4- Site Plan Review.
This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit

Dear Mr. Rumps,
In an effort to comply with the Florida Accessible Code at the above referenced project, we are
planning upon approval from the City of Boynton Beach, on reconfiguring the parking spaces.
The current handicapped parking space is 12' wide with no accessible loading area. Space
lImitations dictate that we can reconfigure the two 9' wide non-handicap spaces on the west side
ofthe front entry into one 12' wide handicap space with a 6' loading zone adjacent to the
building. At the same time we shall remove the handIcap designations from the existmg
handicap space. Though the result IS a net loss of one parking space, we are confident that the
CIty will understand that this IS the only way to comply WIth the state and local codes. The
balance of the parking lot shall remain unchanged.
