Lot 16 will have an additional 10 feet added to the north side of the lot and Lot 17 will have the same amount reduced from its south side. Lot 17 and 18 of the development are set aside as greenspace for the PUD. This change does not effect the engineering or impact any of the other lots or homeowners.
