In response to your request for the administrative review and approval of the modificatiOn proposed to the
above-referenced, approved site plan, please be mformed the changes as shown on the revised plans date
stamped 06/13/02 are "rmnor", as defined withm the Land Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan
Review The changes to the project are as follows
· ConstructIOn of a new parkmg lot to support existmg church located at Lot 10, Block 1,
· Installation of new landscape matenal;
. Construction of a new buffer wall (at rear of lot);
Tills project may contmue to be processed by the Buildmg DivisiOn as a perrmt applIcatiOn subject to the followmg
conditions:
1 The buffer wall, as shown on the site plan at the rear of the property, must be solid, stucco and painted on both
sides;
2. Show the safe site tnangles. Alllandscapmg proposed Within the tnangle area must comply with Chapter 7.5,
Article II, Section 5.H,
3 All trees shall be a rnimmum of 12 feet overall in height when planted, with a minimum calIper of three (3)
mches, except for the Pink Tabebma, which must have at least six (6) feet of clear trunk.

reqwred for review of the above mentioned "Minor SIte Modification" request.
We presently have a vacant SIte that IS proposed to be developed with parkmg only to
satisfy a code VIOlatIon of "fuadequate on site parking" at the existing "Deliverance By FaIth",
Church located +/- 200' to the West of the proposed SIte (see LocatIon Map and attached copy of
survey)
We are requestmg "Minor SIte ModIficatIon Approval" with the following condttIons.
1. We are proposmg pervIOUS pavement be used in an effort to mmirrnze site drainage
impacts at thIs time as well as to support any future building development that may
require additIonal sIte drainage nnprovements as a result of exceSSIve amount of
unpervIous to pervIOUS SIte area lffipacts
2. We are requesting that the site wall at the north Side of the property abutting
reSIdentIal property be waved at this tune with the condttion that the SIte wall be built
when the property IS developed wIth the proposed "Future 3,200 s..f Buildmg" Our
landscape plan IS prOVIding for a hedge at the north to screen the parkmg lot.
3 ''No SIte Lighting" is proposed as a result of day time use only at thIS time. The
parking lot will be used by the church only at thIS tune of development. The church
will be having day time hours only and they will be securing the SIte with a pIpe
bollard and cham barricade across the entry drive dunng non-church service hours

fees, reasonably incurred or paid at any time by said Mortgagee because of the failure
on the part of the said Mortgagor to perform, comply with and abide by each and every
the stipulations, agreements, conditions and covenants of said promissory note and this
deed, or either, and every such payment shall bear interest from date at the rate of -7-
per cent per annum
4 To keep the bUilding now or hereafter on said land Insured In a sum not less
than Highest Insurable value, In a company or companies to be approved by said
Mortgagee, and the policy or policies held by and payable to said Mortgagee, and in the
event any sum of money becomes payable under such policy or policies, the Mortgagee
shall have the option to receive and apply the same on account of the indebtedness
hereby secured or to permit the Mortgagor to receive and use it, or any part thereof, for
other purposes, without thereby waiving or Impairing any equity lien or nght under or by
virtue of thiS mortgage, and may place and pay for such Insurance or any part thereof,
without waiving or affecting the option to foreclose or any right hereunder, and each and
every such payment shall bear Interest from date at the rate of -7- percent per annum
5 To permit, commit or suffer not waste, impairment or deterioration of said
property or any part thereof.
6 To perform, comply with and abide by each and every the stipulations,
agreements, conditions and covenants in said promissory note and In thiS deed set forth

having jurisdiction thereof for the appointment of a receiver, and such court shall
forthwith appoint a receiver of the premises and all other property covered hereby,
Including all and singular the Income, profits, rents, issues and revenues from whatever
