modificatIOns proposed to the above-referenced, approved sIte plan, please be mformed
that the addItIOn of 13 parking spaces as shown on the revIsed plans date stamped
09110/01 is "minor", as defined withm the Land Development RegulatIOns, Chapter 4-
SIte Plan Review.
This project may continue to be processed by the BUIlding DivIsion as a permit
applIcatIOn. Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modificatIOn to the

Dear Mike:
Pursuant to my brief conversation with Lusia Galav of your office, please accept
this letter as a request for a Minor Modification to the current approved Site Plan
for the Fidelity Federal located at the northeast corner of Woolbright Road and
Congress Avenue. Specifically, the modification pertains to the following items:
1. The bank proposes thirteen (13) additional parking spaces along the south
side of the building (south of the drive aisle) to provide for additional
customer parking.
2. As a result of providing the additional parking spaces, Florida State
Statutes require projects that provide between 25 and 50 spaces to
provide 2 handicap parking spaces. Therefore, the existing parking spaces
located on the west side of the building will be modified to allow for one
additional handicap space.
For your reference, I have enclosed four (4) copies of the amended site plan and
landscape plan for your review. Please feel free to call either Beau Spurlock or
myself if you have any questions or require further information.
