Dear Mr. Kelly,
Pursuant to my conversation with Ken Hall with your department, please accept this letter
as a request for a plat waiver for the Fidelity Federal Parcel located at the NE corner of
Woolbright Road and Congress Avenue. As you are probably aware, the Fidelity Federal
is currently under construction and received specific site plan and conditional use approval
back in 1998.
As requested, please find attached a boundary survey depicting the Fidelity Federal parcel
and the residual parcel with the internal property line shifted approximately 44.47 feet to
the west to accommodate the future development parcel ("proposed lot 2"). Please contact
me if you have any questions or require further information.
