that the landscape island relocation m the south parkmg area as shown on the revIsed
plans date stamped 5/9/02 IS "minor", as defined withm the Land Development
Regulations, Chapter 4- SIte Plan ReVIew.
This project may contmue to be processed by the Building DIvIsion as a permit
applicatIOn subject to the followmg conditIOn:
1. The removal of plant matenal and placement of new plant matenal is subject
to reVIew and approval of the CIty Forester/EnvironmentalIst.
Be advIsed that the proposed changes may require a modification to the building permIt.

Dear Ms. Galav:
Pursuant to your conversation with Beau Spurlock of this office, please accept
this letter as a request for a Minor Modification to the current approved Site and
Landscape Plan for the existing Fidelity Federal located at the northeast corner
of Woolbright Road and Congress Avenue. Specifically, the modification pertains
to the following item:
1. Pursuant to discussions with the City Engineering Department, the bank
proposes to modify the approved un-built parking spaces located along
the south side of the building (south of the drive aisle). Specifically, they
are requesting to delete a previously shown landscape island and shift the
parking spaces west. The proposed amendment will result in a more
efficient drainage system and landscape terminal island at the Woolbright
Road entry drive. Therefore, there will be no change in the overall number
of parking spaces. Further, the amended plan will remain in compliance
with the City's Land Development and Landscape Code regulations.
For your reference, I have enclosed four (4) copies of the amended site plan and
landscape plan for your review. Please feel free to call either Beau Spurlock or
myself if you have any questions or require further information.
