Specifically, the modification pertains to the following item: 1. Pursuant to discussions with the City Engineering Department, the bank proposes to modify the approved un-built parking spaces located along the south side of the building (south of the drive aisle). Specifically, they are requesting to delete a previously shown landscape island and shift the parking spaces west. The proposed amendment will result in a more efficient drainage system and landscape terminal island at the Woolbright Road entry drive. Therefore, there will be no change in the overall number of parking spaces. Further, the amended plan will remain in compliance with the City's Land Development and Landscape Code regulations. For your reference, I have enclosed four (4) copies of the amended site plan and landscape plan for your review. Please feel free to call either Beau Spurlock or myself if you have any questions or require further information. ~il.~~ 4~ C(, ~~ Indsey A.
