Boynton Beach Boulevard Boynton Beach, FL 33425-0310 Re: First Baptist Church Request for Code Review Dear Mike: Pursuant to our recent discussions with Lusia Galav, we are requesting a Code Review to propose modifications to the definition of building height found in Part III, Chapter 1, Article II and to add language to the exemptions to the maximum building height found in Part III, Chapter 2, Section 4.F.2. The language that we are proposing is underlined on the attached. As you know, this request specifically pertains to the expansion to be proposed for the First Baptist Church at the northwest corner of Boynton Beach Boulevard and Seacrest Boulevard. We are finalizing plans for a site plan application thatwould propose an expansion which primarily consists of a 600 seat sanctuary The revisions to the code that we are requesting are needed to accommodate the Church expansion.
