Attached is the Site Plan application for the proposed expansion to the First Baptist Church as
discussed at our recent preapplication meetings. The application package includes the City's
application form, required plans and the $750.00 application fee. Also included are 81f2 X 11 color
copies of a perspective of the proposed expansion. A full sized print of the perspective can be
provided if you need it during your review or for public hearing presentations.
As you know, we have submitted a request for a code review to amend the definition of II building
height II and to add language to the possible exemptions to building height. We will also be
requesting a variance to the minimum drive aisle width for the parking lot The variance
application is a result of a meeting with Laurinda Logan to discuss the layout of the proposed
parking lot.
Where possible, we would like the code review, site plan application and variance request to be
processed simultaneously. If additional information is required during your review, please call We
